About Us
Lewis Frere has more than 20 years’ experience as a professional musician and audio engineer. He knows what it’s like to perform onstage, and how the right monitor mix is crucial. He grew up in a musical household and at age 15, joined the family band “Public Relations” playing saxophone. After graduation, he attended the Music program at Red Deer College, followed by Recording College in Calgary. A chance visit to the arts hamlet of Rosebud led him to enroll in the music program at Rosebud School of the Arts, and later he built a recording studio in the basement of Rosebud’s Akokiniskway Art Gallery.
In addition to running live sound for conferences, graduations, and special events, he currently sings and plays guitar with three groups.
